Designers in our Research & Strategy division are observant problem solvers who enjoy working with others to tackle challenges. They understand that solutions stem from the product users themselves, and because of this, they work directly with people in the market to generate products and systems that effectively solve problems.


Conduct primary research: carry out formal/informal interviews with users to uncover product insights 

Dig into secondary research to benchmark similar products and find the opportunity for improvement 

Generate product ideas and system concepts 


Ability to create detail-oriented work​

Curiosity with regards to how people interact with products 

Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them in an intuitive, concise fashion 


Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive: ability to lead yourself and work independently

Collaborative: able to drive outcomes while working with different types of people
